Clinique Chubby Stick Mighty Mimosa Review

Hello! How are you? Hope you’re having a great summer! :) I’m back with a review. I hope I can post more reviews on the following days. *crossingmyfingers. All the photos are on my drafts folder waiting for me to put words and publish them. :( Anyway, here is my review about my first Clinique chubby stick. This is a gift from my aunt, so I’m not really the one who chose the shade but I’m glad that this is pretty good.

The original chubby stick~~

“Super-nourishing balm loaded with mango and shea butters. Just what dry, delicate lips need to feel comfortably soft and smooth. Sixteen natural-looking lip tints in all, each with a subtle sheen.”

Crayon like shape and tip.

As you can see, the color is very sheer. I think all the chubby sticks just have a hint of color because its more of a lip balm.

The color looks very natural right?
For me, sad to say but its not moisturizing enough for my dry lips. (Okay I have a serious problem with dry lips remember? So if you have a normal lips, I think this will work for you and you’ll love it). I use another lip balm before applying this. What I like? Its not sticky, and it doesn’t have a weird smell. It doesn’t look too glossy or matte. I like its color, I can use it everyday as it looks very natural. But for the lasting power, its so-so.
Final words for this lip balm? Its nice to try.^^ But I wouldn’t shell out P920 for a sheer colored balm that’s not moisturizing enough FOR ME. But maybe I’ll go for the new siblings of this. Continue reading! :P
Want to have a stronger and more intense color that last? Don’t worry, Clinique now have the Chubby Stick Intense! I want the Plushest Punch and Mightiest Maraschino!! (Yes these chubby sticks intense babies are on my wish list now!)

“Tempt lips with the new Chubby Sticks Intense’s soft cushion of colour that’s not quite sheer, not quite opaque-just the perfect happy medium. Available for Php920 at all Clinique counters!” -Clinique FB

Wait for my next reviews! Sorry if I doesn't post often.~~

Snoe Beso Balm Review

Hello again! So this is just a quick review for a lip balm!
image
This is my recent lip balm from Snoe, Beso Balm (P149), got it from Robinsons Galleria. This is the first time that I bought a balm with mint.
image
READ the warning and instructions! :))
image
List of ingredients
image
I just want to see how much product is there. :))
What I like:
  • It makes my lips soft and moisturized!
  • Glides smoothly when applied, and it doesn’t feel sticky
  • The scent of mint! Surprisingly I liked it.
  • It doesn’t feel waxy or oily
  • Refreshing feel when applied on lips. Cooling sensation? ^^
  • Very witty warning and instruction.^^
What I don’t
  • No seal
  • No spf
*It has a flaky granule when I first opened it, I looked for the expiration date but there is none, but I doesn’t mind those granules now, I didn’t feel it on my lips anyway.
This is what I’m currently using and I love it. :)

CARMEX MOISTURIZING LIP BALM

******From my tumblr account www.whatsupmonica.tumblr.com curlsandblushingasian
Hello! Just want to share, this is my current lip balm buddy (bye burt’s bees).
image
Hope this will last for me (as i said before, i always switch and try different lip balms, because most of them just works for me for a while, then here is my annoying chapped lips again.huhu.
image
The one i bought is the Original Flavor and the stick type. My friend bought the strawberry flavor, and it smells nice! :)
image
Pros:
- it’s cheap! only P99.75!!...update: its P100+ the last time I checked.
-it works pretty well. keeps my lips from being dry and chapped.
-has broad spectrum spf 15
-small and handy, can fit in your pocket.:)
Cons:
-It has this cool feeling when you apply it on your lips, i was kinda bothered when i first used this, I thought I will have an allergic reaction.haha. if you like it, then there will be no problem with you.:)
-not a big prob but it also feels like putting wax on my lips since this is the original flavor. :))
That’s it for my first carmex.
*****I lost my original one so I got another one, and I love the cherry more. :)
