Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Combination Watery Cream Review

Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Combination Watery Cream. Whew! What a very long name for a moisturizer! This is what I currently use at night...
image
This moisturizer is awarded by Get it Beauty! (Korean Popular Beauty Show), its a favorite from the "blind test", so I thought it may be something good to try.^^
image
There are actually 3 types of Nature republic super aqua max cream, 1. Pink for dry skin, 2. Green for combination and 3. Blue for oily skin.

Though the jar is heavy, I find the lid's design cute^^

Spatula is provided :)
What I like:
-Its moisturizing
-Smooth application and it feels light on skin (I think it has a cooling sensation after applying it. Or am I just imagining?^^)
-It has an expiration date printed on the bottom (forgot to take a pic)
-It doesn't make my skin oily, I don't wake up with a grease ball face.
- I didn't had any allergic reactions to it. No breakout, yey! :)
-Has 3 types to suit your skin (for oily, dry and combination)
- Spatula is provided
- I like its mild scent, reminds me of a cologne.
-Ingredients and directions for use were written in English
- There are a lot of products inside, I think it will last up for months.
-Available locally, just visit any Nature Republic branch near you.

What I don't:
- I can't think of any, maybe someone who has a sensitive nose when it comes to face products may not like this, but I don't really mind it because it fades away after few minutes

Neutral:
-The packaging. Its heavy! not travel friendly. But the cap is cute! And I dropped it once, it had 2 little cracks but it didn't break.

I like the Aloe Vera Soothing Gel  and now, this Super aqua max combination watery cream is another moisturizer that I like from Nature Republic. It provides moisture and doesn't make my skin oily. It feels light and smooth on skin <3 Okay I'm just repeating what I said above, so that's it. Toodles! :)

This is the very first product I got from Nature Republic. I never got the chance to visit their store because its far from our place. Thanks to my friends Cel and Chel who bought this for me.:) I thought I needed this as an extra treat for my skin because I am currently having my community duty—all day long in the community (no make up, just lots of sunblock!) So at night, I use this to soothe my skin… I was thinking I need to pamper my skin at night because I’ve been exposed to the sun during the day, and high spf lotions all over my body.
image
I got a mini Jang Geun Suk standee as a freebie. the paper bag is thick huh. compared to others.

got the 2 photos above from Nature Republic’s fb page.
What I like?
-Its Paraben free!
-No Artificial Color!
- Gentle enough to use on face, arms, legs, and hair
- 92% organic aloe vera
- soothing and moisturizing properties.
What I don’t like?
- the sticky feeling right after use., but then it disappears after some time.
so that’s my review for the aloe vera gel. looking forward to try other products from Nature Republic. I hope they’ll have a store in SM Megamall or Robinsons Galleria!

ETUDE HOUSE PURE JOY RESTORATIVE CREAM FOR SENSITIVE SKIN REVIEW

******From my tumblr account www.whatsupmonica.tumblr.com curlsandblushingasian

Annyeonghaseyo! Now for my next review, i’m going to share with you my 1st and only moisturizer from Etude House.:) Tadaa! This is Pure Joy Restorative Cream for Sensitive Skin. I asked the SA what moisturizer can she recommend to me who has an oily skin, she recommended to me the Aqua Cure which is the gel type (gel type moisturizer is best for oily skin), but she asked me if i have sensitive skin, then i said yes (well, just to be safe. I don’t want to have break outs after using a skin care product) so I chose Pure Joy.
image
read the product info. It’s free from those 7 chemicals, so its compatible for sensitive skin.
image
This is a night cream by the way. :)
image
Well, I didn’t experience any break out or irritation. My face feels moisturized when i woke up in the morning, and this cream didn’t make my face more oily, so i don’t care if its not a gel. It has a light scent by the way.
image
What I don’t like? Actually none.:) As a matter of fact, i already finished using my first one and now, i’m still using my second pure joy cream:) If i don’t use this at night, my chin and nose is somewhat flaky/dry the next day.
Score: 5/5! :D
That’s all for now. Goodnight sweeties!
