Etude House Lip and Eye Makeup Remover Review

Annyeonghaseyo! I made a review about Maybelline’s waterproof gel eyeliner on my previous post, so now I will follow it up with a Lip and eye makeup Remover from Etude House that I like. :)

They changed the packaging of this, its blue and has a logo before, but still, they didn’t add the word “make up”, so yeah, its still Lip & Eye Remover O_O

A scotch tape, to make sure its not yet opened? I hope they’ll use a cute seal or a cute tape for this.

Direction and ingredients written in English.

Expiration date at the bottom.

I placed the cotton pad with the makeup remover in my eyes for a few seconds (you can sing happy birthday! or chorus of I got a boy?^^), then voila! Eye make up is removed, even waterproof mascara and eyeliner. You can also use it to remove your lipstick.

What I like:

-It doesn’t sting the eyes, so yeah, gentle yet effective.

-Affordable. 100 ml for P198.00 only

-Mild scent

-The packaging, its plastic, so no worries that it will break. Plus its not heavy, you can bring it with you when you travel.

What I don’t:

-none

I love it, effective and affordable :)

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner Review

Hello everyone! So here, my first make up review for 2013, because I’ve posted about foods recently, ~oh beauty and foods <3 ^^ Okay enough. I’m here just to share my first gel eyeliner which I love. I got this last year, and luckily its not yet dry, it still works.

I read from some articles that you can store your gel liner like this, upside down, to prevent it from drying. 

The gel liner is on a small glass pot.  They say that gel eyeliners in glass jars don’t dry up as fast as those in plastic jars.

Tips on preventing the gel eyeliner from dying up fast

1. Place the cap of the jar tightly after use. Actually cap it after every dip of your brush. That’s what I do, I avoid it being exposed to the air.

2. Use a clean bush.

3. Keep it away from direct sunlight

Though some may prefer using an angled brush, actually I like this more. I sometimes use my angled brush from Charm but I still prefer and use the included brush more often.

How do I clean my brush and prevent it from becoming stiff?

1. I use eye make up remover

2. Wash it with foam cleanser and let it dry

I applied the last one too thick I guess, so there, it smudged when I rubbed it hard. Its waterproof, I can only remove it completely with an oil remover.

What I like:

-its creamy and easy to apply

-waterproof

-quick dry

-I like the “expert eyeliner brush” included

-Its been with me since last year, and its still not yet dry!

-the price, its affordable (P449). You just need a little bit of it to line your eyes.

What I don’t:

-it sometimes smudge at the middle of the day. Oh well, hello to our weather.

On my eyelids. If you want a more intense (glossy?) color, then I think you use a black liquid liner instead.

Macarons and Tea at BIZU Patisserie

My best friend and I were walking around Greenbelt 2 when we saw a cute/ fine looking restaurant. We entered inside and we knew, we had to try their macarons and take pictures inside their oh-so-cute place.

Macaron de Paris.

Loose Leaf Teas. Okay, we thought we ordered a cup of tea each, then we were surprised that they served 2 pots of teas, turns out its per pot pala, which is P185 each. :| Anyway we ordered Ai, Ling Sencha and Cherry Fireworks which are both Green Tea.

We tried 4 macarons, P55/ piece. Italian Pistachio, Hazelnut & White Truffle, French Earl Grey & Almond and Raspberry.

Linguine with Pomodoro & Shrimps. This is Personal size P375, but may be shared by 2.

Dragon's breath at ISCREAMIST

Hello! I just want to share some of our pictures when we went to ISCREAMIST, we wanted to try the “dragon’s breath” or smoke without actually smoking tobacco :p Want to know how? Keep scrolling down ;P
