Caffe Bene!

Have you watched Secret Garden? Remember the famous “foam-kiss” of Hyun Bin and Ji Won?

Photos above are not mine^^. Anyway, these scenes were filmed at Caffe Bene in Korea. And finally, they are now brewing coffee here in the Philippines too.

Well, here is a little background.

It all began in April 2008 at Eastern Seoul where Caffe Bene’s first-ever store was opened. Founded by Mr. Kim Sun-Kwon , who has been notable for his other successful franchise endeavours. Since then, Caffé Bene has grown to more than 800 stores making it the Largest and Fastest Growing coffee shop chain in Korea…

Bene means “good or well”

We went here after dinner, so its time for…dessert? :)) A must visit for kdrama/kpop fans like us. haha :))

This cafe is big and spacious, it has a 2nd floor. ^^

This is the second floor, which looks very cozy, and a lot of people stayed here, we didn’t found available seats so we just stayed on the 1st floor. I also noticed that customers went up to find a seat ,when there were a lot of available seats on the 1st floor.

A big clock, I also noticed something like this behind Ha ji won (pic above^^)

Now to the counter….

I will go back to try the Garlic and Cheese Honey Bread (~drool, craving) and gelato, and maybe a cup of latte, and have the foam? haha.

~~And yes, this is how we spent our valentines. haha. pre vdate with friends. :))

We like taking paparazzi pics, just like those photos of korean stars on the net. Haha, crazy eh? Just for fun. :))

Wish list 2013

Hello! Okay, this is a post about the little things I would love to have this year. I always make a list of things I want, either small or big, I write those things on a paper, post it and do my best to get them one by one. It feels good to slash those items that you’ve just wish for before. Last night, I was a little bored so I thought of 8 random things I would like to have this 2013. So now here is the line up.

1. Laneige Soothing BB Cushion. A lot of beauty bloggers rave about this BB, and this one is on a compact. You know how I like BBs. :))

2. Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. The most loved and praised eye curler of many.

3. Fairy Drops Candy Bar BB Cream. A bb cream that has a good coverage but no spf? But another bb that won the hearts of many.

4. Benefit Porefessional. I’m not sure if I really really need this, but I just want to try it. Or should I just wish for their mascara instead? :))

5. Nike rubber shoes. I want this color!

6. A new camera. I’m not really into DSLR, I never asked for it before, because I thought digital cam is enough for me to take good pictures and I can bring it conveniently anywhere I want (and I’m using my iphone to take pictures most of the time anyway). But now I think I like to have a simple and good dslr, (Nikon D3100, D3200 or D5100 *endorsed by Bigbang^^).

7. Fairy Drops Mascara. Unique mascara wand^^ I’m now getting curious about Japanese brands.

8. Skin Sonic, they said that its a good dupe for Clarisonic Mia. 

So I hope I could check them one by one on my list until the end of the year. Or till next year? :)) Its free to wish! haha. How about you? Do you have a wish list of MATERIAL THINGS you want? Post it too, and check it by the end of the year if you got those things. 

~~can I add my list of bias/ korean crushes here? haha.

~~~~~and going to S.Korea is one of my ultimate wish btw. :))

***I should really work hard and be a good girl. Haha! :)) Money come to meee. :))

Another coffee in the afternoon at SUBSPACE

Well hello again! How is your week going? Anyway, I’ll just share more recent photos, I already posted about our Subspace coffee experience here. And because the place is so cute, my other friends also wanted to go there, so yeah, I went there again last week after out training in Philippine Heart Assoc. 

Since its Valentine’s Week, they gave balloons with every P300 worth of purchase. 

Big light bulb- - cute. I suggested to just get a table on the other side (near the entrance door), just for a change, haha, because the last time I went there with my other friends, we were beside the counter.

I got a closer look at these chairs.

There are new albums available, I also saw copies of Sexy, Free and Single in the counter.

This is what I ordered, Peanut Butter Latte- P130. I don’t really drink bitter coffee ( I only want creamy, sweet and mild one), and this one is bitter for my taste. I still love the Purple Potato Latte.
